Kendall Jane Hunt

Hi! I'm glad you're here.

My name is KJ, short for Kendall Jane. You may have stumbled across this page, similar to how I stumbled across buying and selling real estate. While I never thought I'd be here, the universe was clearly guiding me the whole time.

My dad has been in the commercial real estate world his entire life, developing retail centers across the Southeast. I always enjoyed listening to him talk at our family dinners about his projects (even if I understood about 10% of what he was saying at the time).

My brother is also on the commercial side, working as a tenant rep and is based in the Raleigh/Durham area. He knew where he wanted to go and started working for a shop early on in college, quickly showing his value and becoming part of an excellent team.

My career took me into the golf world where I worked for a family-owned soft goods company. I loved it there—I loved knowing everyone's name and hugging everyone when we got together as I was remote for the latter half of six years.

While I felt at home there, I had this urge in me to do something else—something different and something some may say, risky. Because of my childhood, the real estate language was already in my head, so I started studying and two months later I was licensed.

Picking a company to affiliate with is hard, but DASH made it easy. Thanks to a college girlfriend who joined DASH a few years before, I knew the brand and I wanted to be a part of the team. Training and support was vital being a new agent, and DASH showed off. There was never a moment when someone didn't respond or I had a question left unanswered.
